• Feats

  Eidetic Memory: You have perfect recall of everything you've experienced. You have a +4 bonus on checks to remember things, including saving throws against effects that alter or erase memories. You can make any Knowledge skill check untrained, meaning you can answer questions involving difficult or obscure knowledge without ranks in the skill.
  
  Attack Focus (Ranged) 6: You have a +1 bonus to ranged attacks per a rank in this feat.
  
  Equipment 1: You have 5 equipment points to spend.
  
  Improvised Tools: You ignore the -4 penalty for using skills without proper tools.
  
  Inventor: You can use the Knowledge (technology) and Craft skills to create inventions and temporary devices.
  
  Master Plan: If you have the opportunity to prepare for an encounter you can formulate a plan. This requires at least a few minutes. Make an Intelligence check (DC 10). If successful, you and your allies gain a bonus on all skill checks and attack rolls in the encounter depending on the result of the roll.

  This bonus is not subject to power level limits. You choose when during the encounter to initiate your master plan. The bonus lasts for 3 rounds, then begins decreasing at a rate of 1 per round until it is gone.

• Powers

  Comprehend (Machines) 2: You can speak to and understand electronic devices. Most are limited by their programming and peripherals in terms of what they know, and may not be able to answer some inquiries. Machines tend to be cold and mechanical, and may not be cooperative. You can use the Computers and Disable Device skills in place of Diplomacy and Bluff when speaking with machines.
  
  Datalink (Mental) 3: You can interface with computers over a distance of 1000 feet. You can use the Computers skill on a computer while interfaced with it, taking the usual time. This power works like Mental Communications on intelligent computers.
  
  Enhance Intelligence 10: One of your basic ability scores is increased. Each rank in this power gives you +1 to the ability score.
  
  Enhance Wisdom 6: One of your basic ability scores is increased. Each rank in this power gives you +1 to the ability score.
  
  Mental Quickness 10: You can preform routine tasks 2500x times faster. For the purpose of this power, a routine task is one where you can take 20 on the check. You can take 20 normally using Quickness and, if your power rank is high enough, you may be able to take 20 on a task in a single standard action or less. If you can preform a task in less than a second, the GM can choose to treat that task as a free action for you.
  
  Device 2 (blaster) (easy to lose): Each rank gives you 5 power points you can use to purchase the device's traits. The Device itself is Permanent and Innate.
  --Blast 5: Make a damaging ranged attack. The attacks damage equals your power rank.
  
  Device 1 (belt) (difficult to lose): Each rank gives you 5 power points you can use to purchase the device's traits. The Device itself is Permanent and Innate.
  --Force Field 5: You can surround yourself with a protective field of force. A force Field gives you a bonus on Toughness saving throws equal to its rank. The force field turns off if you are unable to maintain it.
  
  Device 2 (backpack and chest piece) (difficult to lose): Each rank gives you 5 power points you can use to purchase the device's traits. The Device itself is Permanent and Innate.
  --Flight 3: You fly through the air at 50 miles per an hour.

  Power Extra: Impervious. Damage bonuses less than your power rank inflict no damage on you.

  Power Flaw: Ablative. Damage chips away at your force field. Each time it provides its bonus, it loses 1 power point of effectiveness.
  --Invisibility 1: You can become invisible at will. This gives you total concealment from normal vision.
